The Foundation Nutrition Trust exists to promote fitter, healthier lifestyles for children and their families. Based in Brentford, the Trust works locally in order to deliver weekly fun, interactive workshops which encourage well-being, optimise performance at school, reduce risks of long term health problems and address issues of obesity in children.
