FUN_ Transformkids programme starting this January !!!!

If you are concerned about your child’s weight or your child's health in general, we can help.

WHAT IT IS:
The 12 weeks Transformation Programme Kids is perfect for children who need to lose weight and/or become healthier. The programme is designed for children 6 years old and above.
We focus on: Nutrition, Physical activity, Lifestyle & Emotional elements
This a programme specifically designed to help your child understand and grow into a healthier lifestyle. We provide tools and support to make this programme a real long term success for your children and family.
During these 12 weeks we will cover subjects such as why healthy eating is important ? what is healthy eating ? Examples of healthier meal options, healthier snack. We will provide group session guidance, coaching and support during these 12 weeks to allow this healthy lifestyle transformation to happen.

Saturdays 11am-12am (starting 14th January 2017)
Brentford Clubroom (little TV room)
