Tomorrow is our second Family Fit & Healthy Class since we started this class this year 2015 !
It's always such a buzz to think what recipe I am going to experiment and share with everyone online and at FFH Class >>>
I usually prepare it in the morning for the day and recorded as I do it so I can share it online too on our youtube channel and FB page.
I am always on the lookout for simple, quick and healthy recipes that the kids would love if you have any suggestions ???
