My name is Berta, I love all sports but my real passion is basketball 🏀

I am caoch and I like to teach kids and teenagers basically 3 things:

👉How to enjoy doing sport and improve their skills.

👉How to get fit and healthier having a loads of fun.

👉How to work as a team, why not always the winner team means be the best team, how being competitive and supportive at the same time, how to accept defeats...

What I feel playing basketball can be summed up in one word: 💖HAPINESS 💖and that's what I want people feel too.

In my line of work Health/Fitness/Wellness/Medical industry I have come across a variety of people: people who are in that business purely for money, of fame/recognition or simply because they feel stuck or comfortable in their "job".  Working in Health/Fitness/Wellness/Medical industry should be a vocation and it requires Passion, Compassion and Heart. I truly believe all comes from the heart first and foremost. You can then move mountains and achieve the impossible.

Live with Passion and Compassion. Spread Love and Light.

About us

Arriane Eva Morrin is a Health, Wellness & Fitness Professional based in London, United Kingdom. Hailing from Montpellier, South France, she was blessed to live a pleasant childhood with a loving family. An unfortunate chain of events led to Arriane discovering her true passion and purpose in life: helping others better their lives. Although she lost her beloved sister and mother to breast cancer and her father to a brain stroke, she kept on moving forward. Even personally defeating death on two occasions didn’t deter Arriane from what she was meant to do.

From that point forward, Arriane rigorously studied at the European Institute of Fitness to become not only a Coach, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, but a Group Fitness Instructor for adults and children as well (Holisitc Fitness Workout for Women & The Jungle Body Group Fitness Workout). In addition, she became REPS Approved Obesity Prevention & Intervention Specialist for children 7-16 at AEM Health & Fitness_Kids.

Currently, Arriane is the proud Founder & Director of Foundation Nutrition Trust providing children & their parents with nutrition and health advice, guidance, support and tools. There is nothing more rewarding to her than awakening others to their limitless potential and just-as-infinite vitality. Arriane Eva Morrin’s top priority and mission is help people from all walks of life (especially children and parents) to achieve optimum health.

As a Children’s Wellness Coach, she has worked to create a programme that accommodates a child’s developing body and mind.
