Only-a-few-weeks-of-summer-holidays-left


Sometimes it’s hard enough to squeeze in a fitness schedule when the kids are in school – let alone when they’re home throughout the summer holidays! But in reality it’s the perfect time to do some exercise with your children.

Summer is an exciting time to be a parent as you get to spend more time with them. So why not spend that time helping them get healthier? You’ve only got a precious few weeks to plan out your child’s summer holiday, so get the pencil and pad out and get planning! 
Planning a workout schedule can get a little confusing, especially when factoring in activities that your kids will actually enjoy and want to do. And that’s the key – get them excited! If your children are excited about doing some activities, then you’ll be far more likely to get them off the sofa and into the park.
